Cigar Box Collage Workshop

Turn an ordinary cigar box into a one-of-a-kind work of art in this fun, hands-on mixed-media workshop. Participants will learn how to transform a simple wooden box using collage techniques, painted papers, images, found objects, and personal mementos.

Suzanne will demonstrate creative approaches to composition, layering, color, and texture while guiding students through the process of designing and assembling their own unique keepsake box. This class is perfect for preserving small treasures, photographs, or meaningful bits and pieces in an artistic and personal way.

All basic materials and tools will be provided, including a cigar box to work on. Participants are encouraged to bring personal items such as photos, letters, small objects, decorative papers, or anything meaningful they would like to incorporate into their design.

No prior art experience is necessary—just an open mind and a playful spirit!
