When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 5-7 business days with USPS. You will receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the event of missing items, contact us here.
Is there international shipping?
At the moment, we are not fulfilling overseas orders.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
There are no returns for custom orders. Exchanges can be done within 30 days, and refunds can be issued in 7 days if returned in perfect condition. Contact us at email@example.com for more instructions.
I'm running late for my session. What is your policy?
If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please note we may not be able to start over for you. We often have a waitlist and people are eager to take your seat! Thank you for understanding. You might be able to reschedule your appointment, or schedule a time to get caught up for an additional fee.
Can I reschedule or cancel my lesson?
To reschedule, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you booked for more than one person, you must reschedule them also! For cancellations, we need at least 48 hours notice in order for you to get a refund. Absolutely no refunds for no-shows and late cancellations. Thank you so much for understanding.
