Service Description
Ethotera birthday art parties offer a creative alternative to traditional birthday celebrations. Led by experienced teaching artists, our parties focus on creative exploration, confidence-building, and hands-on artmaking — not just a finished product. Each party features an age-appropriate art project that balances gentle guidance with creative freedom. We believe the process of making is just as important as the artwork itself, and we encourage kids to experiment, problem-solve, and express their own ideas in a supportive environment. Projects can be customized around your child’s interests, themes, or favorite subjects. All materials, instruction, setup, and cleanup are included — you simply bring the celebration. Perfect for curious minds, creative kids, and families who value meaningful experiences. Cancellation Policy
Birthday Art Party Policy To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies regarding birthday art parties at Ethotera Art Studio. Reservation & Deposit: -A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your party date and time. -Your party is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. -The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the party. Guest Count: -A final headcount is required 4 days prior to the party date. -This number is used to prepare materials and staffing and cannot be reduced after the deadline. -Additional guests may be accommodated if space and supplies allow. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -The $100 deposit is non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness, weather, or scheduling conflicts. -Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to studio availability. Arrival & Party Timing: -Parties begin promptly at the scheduled start time. -Please arrive no more than 30 minutes early to allow for proper setup. -Late arrivals may shorten project time but will not reduce the party fee. Food & Refreshments: -Families are welcome to bring cake and/or light snacks. -Ethotera does not provide food or beverages unless explicitly arranged. Art Projects & Creative Expectations: -Art projects are selected based on age, group size, and experience level. -While guidance is provided, each child’s artwork will be unique. -We emphasize creative exploration and process, not identical finished results. Supervision & Behavior: -Our instructors guide the art activity, but parents/guardians are responsible for supervision of party guests at all times. -Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a child being asked to step away from the activity. Photography: -Families are welcome to take photos during the party. -Ethotera may occasionally photograph parties for promotional purposes. Please notify us in advance if you prefer your child not be included. Agreement: By submitting a party registration and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
