Service Description
In this 6-week painting class, artist Bruce Seabolt will teach students the principles of composition while emphasizing proper care for painting tools and materials. Participants will have the chance to explore oil or acrylic paints and learn Bruce’s signature palette knife techniques. This course offers a hands-on approach to experimenting with texture and color, while also fostering a supportive environment for artistic growth. Students will benefit from both personalized instruction and peer collaboration, making it an ideal space to expand their skills and form lasting connections within the art community. Whether you're an intermediate painter or an experienced artist looking to refine your skills, this class is a supportive environment for artists of all levels. "An essential thing I like for my students to know is to relax and have fun. You will learn how to paint in whichever medium you choose." Bruce's nurturing teaching style allows students to comfortably work at their own pace. Painting with Bruce will be held from 9:30 - 11:30 on Tuesday mornings for 6 weeks starting on April 14th. This class has a following and will fill up quickly! Register today! ** Students will be emailed a copy of the supply list. It will be up to the student to choose which medium they would like to work in before the class starts. All materials can be purchased in the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Class Registration & Attendance Policy At Ethotera Art Studio, we are committed to providing a welcoming, supportive, and enriching learning environment for all of our students. To ensure the quality and consistency of our programs, the following policies apply to all regularly scheduled classes. Registration & Tuition: Registration reserves your place in a class or session for the dates specified at enrollment. Tuition covers the scheduled instruction, studio space, and resources necessary to provide a quality educational experience. Class enrollment is a commitment to the full session, regardless of individual attendance. Student Absences & Makeup Classes: Makeup classes, refunds, credits, or transfers will not be offered for classes missed by students. This policy applies to all student absences, including those resulting from illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, family obligations, or other personal circumstances. Because instructors and studio resources are reserved in advance, we are unable to provide additional instruction or carry missed classes forward to future sessions. Students are encouraged to review the class schedule carefully before registering. Studio or Instructor Cancellations: If Ethotera Art Studio or an instructor must cancel a scheduled class, we will arrange a makeup class or provide an appropriate studio credit or refund for the canceled instruction. Late Arrivals & Early Departures: Students are welcome to join a class late or leave early when necessary. However, missed instructional time cannot be made up, credited, or refunded. Our Commitment: We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and that students may occasionally miss a class. These policies allow us to treat all students consistently, respect our instructors' time, and maintain a sustainable learning environment.
