The Art of Starting: Intro to Drawing (6-Week Workshop) Build a strong artistic foundation in this 6-week introductory drawing class designed for beginners and intermediate artists alike. Drawing is the cornerstone of all visual art—and an essential skill for painting. Throughout the series, students will explore key drawing fundamentals including light and shadow, line and shape, texture, composition, and both linear and atmospheric perspective. As skills develop, students will apply these techniques through observational drawing exercises, including still life and landscape compositions. This class is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen their drawing skills, learn new techniques, and gain confidence bringing ideas to life on paper. Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy for Workshops, Classes, & Special Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future class. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop. Most workshops and classes have a minimum enrollment requirement. In the rare case that a workshop is canceled due to low enrollment, all registered participants will receive a full refund or may opt for a credit.
