Perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, team gatherings, or a night out with friends and family, our adult art parties offer a relaxed, welcoming environment guided by professional teaching artists. Each party features a thoughtfully designed art project with step-by-step guidance and plenty of room for personal expression. No prior art experience is necessary — we focus on the creative process, experimentation, and enjoying time together, rather than producing identical results. All materials, instruction, setup, and cleanup are included. Guests are welcome to bring beverages and light refreshments, making it easy to enjoy a creative evening without the stress of planning. Ideal for groups looking for a meaningful, hands-on experience that’s social, fun, and a little out of the ordinary. What to Expect: -Parties typically last 3 hours -Parties can be scheduled on Friday evenings, Saturday all day, & Sundays all day -All supplies included -Custom themes available -Deposit required to reserve your date
Cancellation Policy
Adult Art Party Policy: To ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and creative experience for all guests, please review the following policies regarding adult art parties at Ethotera Art Studio. Reservation & Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your party date and time. Parties are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the party. Final Payment: -The remaining balance is due on the day of the party, unless otherwise arranged. -Additional guests or add-ons requested beyond the original booking will be added to the final balance. Guest Count: -A final headcount is required 7 days prior to the party date. This number is used to prepare materials and staffing and cannot be reduced after the deadline. -Additional guests may be accommodated if space and supplies allow. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -The $100 deposit is non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness, weather, or scheduling conflicts. -Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to studio availability. -Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 7 days of the party may result in forfeiture of the full party fee. Arrival & Party Timing: -Parties begin promptly at the scheduled start time. -Please arrive no more than 30 minutes early to allow for setup. -Late arrivals may shorten project time but will not reduce the party fee. Beverages & Refreshments: -Guests may bring their own beverages, including beer or wine, unless otherwise noted. -Hard liquor is not permitted. -All alcohol must be consumed responsibly and in accordance with local laws. -Ethotera reserves the right to end beverage service or a party early if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive. -Light snacks are welcome. Please notify us of any food allergies or sensitivities in advance. Art Projects & Creative Expectations: -Art projects are selected based on group size, experience level, and time constraints. -Instruction is provided, but each participant’s work will be unique. -Our parties emphasize creative exploration and process, not identical finished results. Supervision & Behavior: -The party host is responsible for the conduct of their guests. -Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in a guest being asked to leave or the party ending early, without refund.
